What keeps the opponents from coming is the prospect of harm.

Welcome to the No Limit Holdem Multitable Tournament Section.
By interpreting this adage above you have already read the first nugget of advice. An advice that you need to apply before you sit down at any tournament, be it online or at any brick and mortar card room.
You need to focus on aggression. Because aggression is the cornerstone of successful holdem poker. And an aggressive mindset is key to battle your way through a full field no limit holdem tournament. The majority of players play not to lose (but they still do) and not to win. So before you sit down at any game always ask yourself one basic question: Do I want to play to win?
That being said grab a cup of coffee and pay attention on one of the hottest sections of our strip talk, how to succeed at no limit holdem tournaments, the game who everybody who plays poker nowadays wants to be in.
How we are planning to teach you all those nuggets you need to know to collect the big pots?
The tournament sections are designed to be an easy read, almost like a discussion or conversation that covers every important aspect of the game, questions found, questions asked, questions answered. Period. As simple and as effective as that.
We believe that that is going to help you reach your goals much faster and much easier than you could achieve them by reading dull strategy books (you need to read SOME of them though, but we are going to tell you exactly the best books out there you need to read to improve your game, thus saving you money and time).
So let`s get it on.
First, let`s talk a little about bankroll, because this is a problem we had and that`s a problem a lot of people have these days. Simply put, it is not quite knowing what level you are supposed to play at and not knowing how much money you need.
This is always a good starting point, because obviously before you ever play any tournament you need to put up some dough. So let`s talk about that.
Well, the glorious thing about the internet is that you can start playing poker tournaments really at any level, I mean all the way down to $1.
So the general bankroll requirements are a 100 buyins, this is what we are going to go with, for it is a really safe number, because as poker in general has a big math side to it so have poker tournaments and if you lose a hundred buyins it means that you simply cannot beat the game and you need to make adjustments and definitely need to learn more.
But when you play sound poker at your current skill level it is inevitable that you turn your hundred buyins into profit and stick with me here because this is so important: NOW the time is right for you try to move up one level. Not sooner. If you try to move up too soon you will end up in the rebuy cycle like so many others.
So what that means is if you are playing $10 dollar multi-table online tournaments you need a bankroll of one thousand dollars, if you expect not to dip in any more money.
But no matter how much money you have, you need to be confident that you are beating the game at this level, play solid stolid poker and increase from there.
And of course you want to include the tournament entry fee which is usually a 10% of the buy-in in your bankroll considerations.
So that brings us right to our next point. Anybody who is making an effort to play poker tournaments with any sort of seriousness needs to be on rakeback. Rakeback is something that every single professional internet player uses, listen, this is an absolute must.
We don’t know anybody who is playing successfully without being on rake back.
Basically a rake back deal enables you to regain a percentage from all the thin money that evaporates through the air, that is from all the side money you have to spend on tournament entry fees you can get a certain amount of money back, depending on the rakeback deal you have.
There are a lot of programms out there, but the one we use and therefore recommend is
