POKER CLASS - MONITOR THEIR STACK SIZES
Keep a very close eye on the accurate size of the short stacks of the other competitors.
Paradise Poker has a very inferior rule where a wager of any size below a full bet does not represent a raise.
For instance, playing $10/20, on the turn you check with the purpose to check raise. A player bets all-in for $19, and another calls. Your project is screwed. All you will be able to do is call. On the other hand, if you know that person has $21, you can check raise. In bricks and mortar casino poker, you very often can’t say how more chips a player has left. Online you know it to the penny.
A different thing to consider is to be aware about how bets are being completed. If two people check, then somebody wagers $19 all-in, you better have a super-monster to make it $20. Those front two players can’t check raise the $19, but they can check raise you when you make it $20. Similarly, a player behind you could raise it to $40 if you make it $20, but can only raise it to $20 if you just call.
While everybody has his or her preferred places, it is most effective to spread yourself around. Owning six different online poker accounts makes it easy to find oneself soft games at any given time. Do not miss out on juicy games because you have limited yourself to a single site.

By the way, stay super cool when playing tourneys Because of the nature of tournaments and the intensifying betting limits, your bankroll is the fundamental to your power to win. If you get short-stacked, attempt to stay serene and play as tight as possible. Only bet on superior pairs (never play any other than the best 40 starting hands), and only carry on playing the hand if the flop has bettered your hand.

If somebody bets heavily I would fold the hand instantly. Why? Because you have not built on your pair and the betting is bound to get costly.
Some players make it a habit of playing on the loose on the first couple of circles hoping that they can catch up later on. There is no system of logic for this sort of plays in a tournament and can bring down your stack and drive you into panic mode. A good example would be to go all-in on a hand like J9 suited. Even if you see that you will probably be short on coming blinds, this is a high-risk move. Wait.
ACT LIKE A ROCK:
As long as you have ammunition in front of you, you have a chance of delivering the goods. Wait, hold back and wait longer if need be, but never panic. You have time. In limit games, patience is supremely essential.
You may go an hour or two before you catch a playable hand. This is natural. This will ready up two things for you. Credibility and additional playing time. Why do you want believability? One word, bluffing. The more you fold or get hold of pots with an extremely strong hand the better you lay the cornerstone for a bluffing situation. You will get titled a rock (A rock is a super tight player). The tighter the player, the more backbreaking it is to win versus that foe. In poker perceptual experience is everything. Be patient, It Will Pay Off!
